On Feb. 11 I directed a pageant at Ramada Airport Conference Center in Gulfport
 and found the ceiling in the ballroom leaking.

After several conversations with the managers I was advised that they are
unsure of when the roof job will begin or if it will even be complete before June!

With much regret  I have no choice but to move Adorable Miss Gulf Coast to
Ashbury Hotel and Suites in Mobile, Alabama, 251-344-8030. 
This is the closest place to Gulfport with a ballroom the size required and June 15 & 16^th available. 

Please understand that I would never move this pageant
if I were not concerned for the safety of my contestants and guest. 

I believe you will be more than satisfied with the new venue and it’s amenities.

For those of you who considered us as a pageant-beach vacation, Mobile has no beaches
 but is in close driving distance to Dauphin Island, Alabama and one hour from Gulf Shores, Alabama. 
Both have some of the most beautiful beaches along the Gulf Coast.
